At the regional level sports meet, held at KV Silchar, Srikona and Massiompur from 1st Sept. to 3rd Sept' 2006, 12 girls and 12 boys participated in different events, Kho-Kho girls team secured the first position. From their participats, 4 girls and 2 boys were selected to represent at KVS National sports which was held at Chandigarh.
